Tidy away as many personal belongings as you can – in particular clothes, boxes, toys, any pet-related items and other general clutter.
Open all blinds, curtains and shutters when photographing and showing the property.
Clear table-tops of everything except simple ornaments.
Fresh flower arrangements are recommended when we take photos and open for inspections.
Arrange removal of all vehicles from the outside of the property to allow for a clear and spacious first impression. We try to create that “WOW” factor.
Please, clear all surfaces and hide all kitchen appliances and utensils, but the most major or designer appliances in your kitchen. Please also remove free-standing dustbins.
Put away all clothes and toiletries and clear the surfaces in the bedrooms. Please also neatly make the bed and put flowers out where possible.
Make sure your bathroom is as clean as possible and tidy away all personal belongings including any make-up, bottles and toiletries.
Try to ensure your garden is as tidy as possible. This includes mowing any lawns, tidying away everything except permanent garden furniture and sweeping up fallen leaves.
