1. Interested in a property that is going to Auction? If you are, or if you are new to the property market, you should attend other Auctions to better understand the auction process and familiarise yourself.
2. Talk to Agents – If you are interested in a property, let the agent know! Many buyers miss out on a property they love because they don’t want to talk to the agent! Letting the agent know your interest means that you can be informed as soon as there is an update (e.g. Vendor will accept offers prior to Auction, etc.)
