Dennis Nutt

Dennis Nutt, formally Group Chief Auctioneer for Ray White in NSW (1996),  joined Ray White Epping, offering both experience and a unique style in auctioneering which is borne from his broad background in selling both livestock  & stock & station and broad acre property. 

Dennis is one of the leading Auctioneers in the business with over 45 years of  experience under his belt.  He commenced his real estate career on the Gold Coast where he gained valuable experience in sales and also as a franchise owner of L J Hooker Palm Beach. 

Prior to joining the team at Epping, Dennis had overseen the management and sale of approximately 100 residential properties annually for two national financial institutions. The majority of his career has been in South East Queensland and the Sydney market place, during which he has sold and auctioned all categories of real estate in a variety of price ranges and markets.  One of the highlights of his career was achieving a   National Australian Record Sale under the hammer of $44 million for 3 Spring Street, City of Sydney.

Dennis’ credentials include his accreditation as holding a Diploma as a  Fellow to the Real Estate Institute of Australia (FREI). Licd. Real Estate Agent, Stock and Station Agent in Queenland & NSW. Brian White, Chairman of the Ray White Group, awarded Dennis the Chairman’s Cup in 2001 for a “significant” contribution to the Group for his efforts in coordinating the official National 500 day Auction for SOCOG for the Sydney Olympic Games 2000. Dennis also recently received a yellow gavel for his conribution to the company by conducting over 35,000 +auctions during his career. He has now been with the Ray White Group for some 30 years. He has also just been presented with his second Elite Awrard. The CEO's Cup 2025/2026. Both "Cups" recognise the highest award level achievable Internationally (Chairmans Cup) and NSW/ & ACT (CEO'S Cup).

His peers, clients and members of the real estate community hold his skills in high regard, as he has been instrumental in assisting with the sale of thousands of properties throughout his career whilst working with some of Australia's most accomplished Elite Real Estate Agents.
